    Dashboard Overview

The GymPoint dashboard is your command center. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your gym's health, including revenue trends, member counts, billing status, and recent activity. Every time you log in, the dashboard loads first so you can quickly assess how your business is performing.

    KPI Widgets

The top section of your dashboard displays key performance indicator (KPI) widgets. Each widget shows a current value along with a trend indicator comparing it to the previous period.

    Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

This widget shows the total value of all active recurring memberships. It updates in real time as members are added, canceled, or change plans. The trend arrow indicates whether MRR has increased or decreased compared to last month.

    Revenue

The revenue widget displays total collected revenue for the current billing period. This includes membership payments, POS sales, and any one-time charges. Click the widget to drill down into a detailed revenue breakdown.

    Member Count

See your total active members at a glance. This count includes all members with an active or trialing membership status. The trend indicator shows net member growth compared to the previous period.

    Billing Health Gauge

The billing health gauge is a visual meter that shows the percentage of successful payment collections versus failed or overdue payments. A healthy gym typically shows 95% or above. If your gauge drops below 90%, it may be time to review your collections pipeline and failed payments.

    Quick Actions

Below the KPI widgets, you will find a row of quick action buttons for common tasks:

    • Add Member — Jump directly to the new member form.
    • Create Invoice — Generate a one-off invoice for any member.
    • Check In — Open the check-in screen for walk-in members.
    • View Schedule — Go to today's class schedule.

These shortcuts save time on tasks you perform daily.

    Recent Activity Feed

The activity feed on the dashboard shows a chronological list of recent events across your gym:

    • New member sign-ups
    • Payment successes and failures
    • Check-ins
    • Membership changes (upgrades, freezes, cancellations)
    • Staff actions

Click any activity item to navigate to the relevant record for more details.

    Pulse AI Insights Card

If you have Pulse AI enabled, the dashboard includes an AI insights card. This card surfaces the most important findings from the weekly AI digest, such as:

    • Members at risk of churning
    • Leads with high conversion scores
    • Dunning campaigns that need attention
    • Revenue trend observations

Click View Full Report to open the detailed Pulse AI insights page.

    Customizing Your Dashboard

You can rearrange and configure dashboard widgets to match your workflow.

    Rearranging Widgets

Click and drag any widget by its header to reposition it on the dashboard. Your layout preferences are saved automatically per user account, so each staff member can have their own arrangement.

    Toggling Widgets

To show or hide specific widgets:

    1. Click the Customize button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
    2. Toggle individual widgets on or off using the checkboxes.
    3. Click Save Layout.

    Date Range

Most widgets respond to the date range selector at the top of the dashboard. Switch between Today, This Week, This Month, or set a Custom Range to view data for any period.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Dashboard
