    Weekly AI Insights Reports

Every Sunday evening, Pulse AI generates a comprehensive digest of your gym's performance and delivers it to your inbox. This report highlights what went well, what needs attention, and what actions to take in the coming week. Here is everything you need to know about the weekly insights report.

    What the Weekly Report Contains

The insights report is structured into several sections, each covering a different aspect of your gym's operations.

    Executive Summary

A brief paragraph at the top summarizes the week in plain language. For example:

"This week saw a 12% increase in class attendance compared to last week, driven by strong turnout in evening HIIT sessions. Two members entered at-risk status, and three failed payments were recovered through smart dunning. Lead pipeline velocity improved, with 8 new leads and 3 conversions."

This summary is written by Pulse AI using Claude and provides a quick, human-readable overview.

    Key Metrics Highlighted

The report includes specific numbers for your most important KPIs:

    • New leads — How many leads entered your pipeline this week.
    • Conversions — How many leads converted to members.
    • Conversion rate — Percentage of leads that converted.
    • Total active members — Current member count and change from last week.
    • Attendance — Total check-ins and class bookings, with week-over-week comparison.
    • Revenue — Total collected revenue, including membership dues, POS sales, and one-time payments.
    • Failed payments — Number of payment failures and the recovery rate.
    • Churn — Members who canceled and the net member change.
    • At-risk members — Current count of members below the at-risk threshold.

Each metric includes a comparison to the previous week and a trend indicator (up, down, or flat).

    AI Commentary and Recommendations

This is where Pulse AI adds the most value. Beyond raw numbers, the AI analyzes patterns and provides actionable recommendations:

    • Attendance insights — "Tuesday 6 PM HIIT has been at capacity for 3 consecutive weeks. Consider adding a second session on Tuesdays or Thursdays."
    • Lead pipeline advice — "4 leads have been in the Contacted stage for over 7 days without activity. Assign follow-up tasks or move them to nurture sequences."
    • Churn risk — "Member health scores dropped an average of 5 points this week, driven by a dip in class bookings. This could be seasonal or related to the holiday weekend."
    • Revenue observations — "POS sales were 20% higher than usual this week, primarily from supplement purchases. Consider running a promotion to sustain the momentum."
    • Dunning update — "Smart dunning recovered $1,450 from 6 failed payments this week. One member has been in the dunning cycle for 12 days — consider a personal follow-up."

Recommendations are specific and tied to actions you can take within GymPoint.
