Pulse AI uses an included monthly usage budget. Usage varies with the task and amount of processing; there is no fixed one-credit or two-credit price for every action.

These are included usage allowances, not extra subscription charges or cash balances. The full suite includes lead scoring, churn signals, smart dunning, AI drafts, and weekly insights. An allowance on Free does not unlock the full suite. Compare plans and pricing.
Check Usage and Reset Dates
Open Settings > AI Usage to see the percentage used, your reset date, and active, warning, or paused status. Monthly usage resets at the start of the next calendar month in UTC, rather than your subscription billing anniversary.
If usage is paused, check this page for the current status and reset date. Contact support if the displayed status is unexpected. Do not assume that changing from Growth to Pro increases the monthly AI budget: both include $10.
Review generated messages and suggestions before acting on them. AI usage and output vary by task; an included budget is not a promise of a fixed number of drafts or outcomes.
