Gym Space Rental, Set Up Once
Define your spaces, hours, prices, and rules in Settings. Renters book from your public page, and staff handle requests from the same calendar they already use.
Your Spaces
Give each space a name, description, photo, square footage, up to 8 tags, and a calendar color. Turn a space off anytime with its active toggle.
Rentable Hours
Declare exactly which hours each space can be rented, day by day. Windows can run to midnight, so late-evening slots are covered.
Hourly and Peak Pricing
Set a peak window with its own hourly rate. Every hour is priced on its own, and the price is locked at booking.
Booking Rules
Minimum and maximum booking length (1 to 4 hours by default, up to 12), required notice (24 hours by default), and a book-ahead window (60 days by default).
Instant or Approval
Instant charges the card and confirms immediately. Approval saves the card, staff approve or decline with an optional reason, and the card is charged on approval.
Door Codes
Each space can carry a door code that goes out in the confirmation email, and by text if your gym has an SMS number and the renter adds a phone, with a reminder text about 60 minutes before start.
House Rules
Write your house rules once per space. The renter acknowledges them at checkout, and the accepted terms are stored with the booking.
Turnover Time
Set turnover minutes and each session ends that many minutes early, so back-to-back hours stay bookable.
On Your Calendar
Staff see rentals on the calendar and in the bookings list with a Space filter, plus a Requests tab with a pending badge.
