Payment processing has its own per-transaction rate through the integrated Poynt payments, which is standard for any platform that accepts cards. No. GymPoint's Pulse AI runs inference only - it reads your data to produce scores, predictions, and drafted messages, but your gym's data is never used to train AI models and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the immediate request. AI-drafted messages are presented as drafts for staff review rather than sent automatically, and every AI action is logged for auditing.

We built our integration with GoDaddy's payment platform, connecting GymPoint's gym management software with GoDaddy's payment infrastructure. GymPoint has been vetted as an ISV through this partnership. GymPoint provides the software and integration; GoDaddy Payments provides the payment platform, with merchant underwriting, risk reviews, and payouts subject to its merchant terms.

GymPoint built its integration with GoDaddy's payment platform. This connects card-present payments on Poynt terminals and card-on-file and online payments with GymPoint's billing software.
