Bungee Fitness Studio Software

Cap every class at the number of rigs, sell the Intro offer as its own pack, require the waiver before the first flight, and charge for the no-show that cost you a rig. Free for unlimited clients.

GymPoint is booking, billing and member software built for studios that sell a room full of harnesses: class capacity, waitlists, class packs scoped to the right classes, e-sign waivers, late-cancel fees and a booking page riders find from your Instagram bio.

How a Bungee Studio Runs on GymPoint

We read the booking pages and policies of 20 bungee studios in November 2026. Six problems came up again and again. Here is how each one is handled in GymPoint.

    One rig, one rider

A bungee class is sold out when the last rig is taken, not when the room feels full. Set each class's capacity to the number of usable rigs and online booking closes at that number on your website and in the portal. One studio we sampled showed a class Fully Booked 20/20 with a waitlist.

Turn on the waitlist with an Auto-Promote cutoff. When a rider cancels before the cutoff, the next person on the list gets the rig and an email with the class details. If a cord comes out for inspection, lower the cap on that class and the next booking sees the new number.

    First-timers fly Intro first

Many bungee studios require an intro session before regular classes. In GymPoint the Intro offer is sold as its own pack, scoped to the Intro class, so a first-timer's purchase can only book Intro. Drop-ins, 10-packs and unlimited memberships are scoped to Level 1 and up.

Progression stays with your instructors. GymPoint does not block a regular booking based on attendance history, so when a rider graduates, sell them the regular pack and they are in. The packs keep the purchases honest without anyone policing the schedule.

    Waiver before the first flight

Nobody should reserve a rig without signing. Require the e-sign waiver at booking and put your health questions on the waiver itself: weight range, pregnancy, recent surgery, back and joint injuries. The signed waiver is stored on the client's record.

The weigh-in stays private. Cords are sized by body weight, so studios weigh riders at the front desk and let the instructor pick the cord and fit the harness. The waiver settles the policy questions before arrival; your team handles the fitting.

    No-shows cost a rig

An empty rig in a 12-rig class is a twelfth of that class's revenue, gone. Keep a card on file, set a late-cancel window and charge a no-show fee that matches the policy printed on your booking page. One studio on GymPoint runs a $12 fee with a 2-hour cutoff; the $15 fees and 12-hour cutoffs we saw on other studio sites are just as easy to set.

When a member cancels a pack booking late from the portal, the credit burns. That setting is on by default, so a 10-pack rider who skips a reserved rig pays for it the same way an unlimited member pays the fee.

    One link for Instagram

Bungee studios get found on Instagram and TikTok, and the link in the bio does the selling. GymPoint gives you a public booking page and a member portal that riders install on their phone from the browser, in your brand color, with no app store listing to maintain.

Each instructor who takes private sessions gets a personal booking link that shows only their hours. At the studio, kiosk check-in handles arrivals at the weigh-in desk so the instructor is on the floor, not at the laptop.

    Parties, privates and kids

Several of the studios we sampled sell parties and private sessions. Book privates as appointments, rent the room for birthday and bachelorette parties through space rental, and sell grip socks and water at the POS. Space rental requires GymPoint Payments.

Kids and teen classes run on family accounts: one parent, one card on file, several riders. The Free and Growth plans cover one location and Pro is unlimited, so a second studio is a plan change, not a new account.

From curious to unlimited in four taps

A new rider taps the link in your bio and lands on your booking page. They buy the Intro pack, the one offer your bio points them to, with a card and sign your waiver with its health questions before the booking is confirmed. No paper, no clipboard, no rig held by someone who never signed.

On the day, the rider checks in at the kiosk, steps on the scale in private and gets fitted by the instructor. After class, the front desk sells the 10-pack or the unlimited membership, both scoped to Level 1 and up, and the rider installs the portal to their home screen with your logo on it.

From then on the rider books from the portal, joins the waitlist when Thursday 6 PM is full, gets promoted when a rig opens, and knows that a late cancel burns a credit or charges the fee. Your schedule stays accurate and your instructors stay on the floor.

    Build a clear price ladder

Give beginners one obvious purchase, then a drop-in, a pack and an unlimited membership. The examples below come from studio menus we reviewed in November 2026, with the range we saw across the 20-studio sample under each one.

    Intro offer

    $39

    Sample range $27 to $45

    Drop-in

    $26

    Sample range $18 to $35

    10-pack

    $200

Sample packs run 3 to 20 classes

    Unlimited

    $179

    Sample range $99 to $199

Package contents differ by studio; these are reference points, not averages.

In GymPoint each rung is a product: the Intro pack scoped to the Intro class, the drop-in, 10-pack and unlimited scoped to Level 1 and up, all sold online or at the desk and charged to the card on file. Packs auto-deduct a credit per booking and unlimited renews on its own, so the front desk sells the rung and the schedule does the rest.

    What Bungee Studio Software Costs

These are GymPoint and the five booking platforms we found most often on bungee studio sites, with each vendor's published entry price. Read the billing term with the price: a two-month promotion, an individual-instructor plan and an ongoing free plan are different offers. Where a vendor publishes no price, the cell says Not published.

    A 12-rig studio, worked out

Take a 12-rig studio with 100 members paying $150 a month by card on file, plus 40 in-person sales at $15, so $15,000 online and $600 in person. On GymPoint's Free plan the subscription is $0 and processing comes to $566.44: 100 payments at 3.49% + 20 cents is $543.50, and 40 at 2.49% + 20 cents is $22.94. That subtotal excludes texting, hardware, refunds, disputes and tax.

None of the other five publishes a complete processing rate for a studio plan, so their totals need a quote. Our bungee software comparison shows the arithmetic to run against each one, and the Free plan page lists exactly what is included at $0.

    FAQ

    Bungee Studios, Answered

Yes. Every class has a hard capacity. Set it to the number of usable rigs, whether that is 8, 12 or 20, and online booking stops at that number on your website and in the portal. Turn on the waitlist and set an Auto-Promote cutoff: when a rider cancels before the cutoff, GymPoint promotes the next person on the list and emails them the class details. If a cord is pulled for inspection, lower the cap on that class and the booking page shows the new number.
